A Grade – Janine Kilmartin

It is with excitement that we would like to announce the newly appointed Janine Kilmartin to Devon Meadows in the role of Head Coach/A grade Coach for the 2018 season. We would like to welcome Janine and her family to Panther Land and hope that you feel at home in no time!

Janine has been involved in Netball for over 12 years. She has had coaching experience across both Junior and Senior teams from VNL clubs (Peninsula Waves, Ariels & Southern Saints) and most recently in the past two years as Head Coach/A Grade coaching position at Berwick Football Netball club, along with being elected the Head Coach and under 17’s coach of the South East Football Netball League.

Janine couldn’t be a better fit for the culture of the club at the current stage and exemplifies commitment, passion, leadership that will enhance development of the club to take the next step as we enter into the new MPNFL division structure under AFL South East (AFLSE).

Please join us in welcoming Janine on-board for what will be an exciting 2018 season.

B Grade – Tanie Stickland

We would like to congratulate Tanie Stickland on her reappointment as B grade Netball coach for season 2018.
Tanie is our highly motivated club enthusiast who has now been at the club for two years. Although Tanie’a playing days are over we’d like to hope her coaching career with us has only just began. Starting with DMNC in 2016, Tanie has lead C grade to their first flag and her goal of leading the girls to a second B grade flag in the clubs history. We look forward to seeing Tanie back next season to help the girls fight back into the top 4.

C Grade – Stacey DiCocco

We would like to congratulate Stacey DiCocco her the appointment as C grade Netball coach for season 2018.
After retiring from her playing career this year, our long time player, committee member and life member Stacey just can’t stay away from the club for long.
A premiership player with an extensive playing career under her belt , Stacey who has been a member of the DMNC since 2002 will make her debut as C grade coach in 2018.
After playing in one C grade flag and many years or heart ache she is eager to continue to extend her fellow team mates to chase further flags well within their reach.

D Grade – Faith Miller

We would like to congratulate Faith Miller on her reappointment as D grade Netball coach for season 2018.
After finding her feet from making a stellar her coaching debut in season 2017 taking her girls to a prelim final we are all keen and excited to have Faith Miller aboard the coaching panel in D grade again for season 2018. Faith has grown immensely as a coach and mentor this year and with experience now under her belt and the passion she brings we look forward to what she will bring for the D grade girls next season.

Under 17s – Alana McDonald

We would like to congratulate Alana McDonald on her appointment as U17’s Netball coach for season 2018.
Alana, our A grade captain this season has a wealth of knowledge ready to instill into our U17 players, the potential of our club. As a physiotherapist and clinical pilates instructor she hopes to strengthen and prepare her girls for a future at senior level.
Alana brings with her an extensive senior playing career with 2 x club Best and Fairest’s, a Runner Up League Best and Fairest and representation at interleague level for many years.
She is a positive role model and with her achievements as a player one in which we know the girls will look up to.
